In the 2019-20 season, the developmental program will practice from 5:30-7:30pm each Tuesday and Thursday.

**Program capped at 25 players

The goal of this program is to develop complete volleyball players by learning technique in all the skills used in the game. It is imperative that our younger players develop good technique, basic knowledge of the game, and get as many touches as possible.

Tuesday practice will focus on learning and developing all skills and Thursdays will focus more on game-play. This team will not attend tournaments for two reasons: 1) younger players need to learn to play the game and have fun doing it, they don't need to be focusing on competing/winning at this point in their development/careers and 2) it will be more affordable for families

We intend to organize scrimmage days against other clubs in the area to expose them to game-type situations against a different opponent.
